The enhanced features of the ShoreTel VoIP phone system allow communication between departments with a simple three digit dialing plan throughout the city. The specialists at CSD were also able to integrate the ShoreTel VoIP system into the Plant Vesta 911 equipment for seamless transfer of emergency calls to the appropriate department.
