None of the stated warranties would apply to any item whose exterior has been damaged or defaced, or to any product subjected to abnormal service or handling.
In addition, Creative Switching Designs warrants that the workmanship associated with installation of equipment purchased which is performed by Creative Switching Designs, shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and/or industry standards, and the same shall be free from defects for a period of 10 days following the installation.
Terms, conditions, and pricing for extended service contracts are available through Creative Switching Designs by request.
The customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Creative Switching Designs, Inc. harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of any claim or action made or brought against customer for misuse of the provided equipment.
