2010 - A great year waiting to happen |
|
It’s hard to believe we are starting another year and another decade, but that’s what 2010 is. CSD will be 24 years old this year, and that's a great accomplishment in today’s economy. We continue to provide great equipment for sale, and follow up with even greater service.
We are rolling out ShoreTel to cities now, not just large and small companies. The City of Beaumont will eventually have over 1200 ShoreTel phones and its saving them money to go that way. (Another great thing!) Cities are saving money because they do not have to renew expensive service contracts on the old legacy equipment, and ShoreTel is Green!.
With ShoreTel VoIP now available through HGAC ( http://www.hgacbuy.org/ ), we expect to see other ShoreTel dealers supplying great ShoreTel equipment through out the entire United States. YES!
So give us a call (800-571-0911 x 311) and let us take care of your VoIP needs. Remember, we are still providing Voice Recording equipment too, for analog, digital and VoIP.

ShoreTel and the Synergy Report/ Ace Awards |
The latest Synergy report articulating market share changes for ShoreTel, from the quarter ending September 2008 to the quarter ending December 2008. I’m happy to announce that ShoreTel’s worldwide market share increased from 2.8% to 3%, and in the US increased from 5.6% to6.6%. The category measured was pure IP-LAN and IP Phones. During this period, Cisco, Avaya and Nortel all lost market shares in the US due to the efforts of our channel partners like Creative Switching Designs, Inc. Despite what we hear in the papers, the bottom line is business continues to be done, and ShoreTel is winning more than it’s fair share.
Additionally Shoretel just received the 2008 Ace Awards for Overall customer Satisfaction and Technical Support Satisfaction.

Just spent some time checking out my friend Andy Valadez's web site. (www.TheMarketingVortex.com) I got a kick out of the Queens song, Fat Bottomed Girls, and enjoyed the Kevin Price Video. Not to mention the host of other videos available.
Andy is the King of multitasking. He has more things going on that anyone I know. May be credited to the fact that he was a Marine, or it could be his dedication to furthering the Kingdom of God. Either way, I urge you to check him out. He is the real deal. |
